Faculty
Comparative Literature is a vibrant interdisciplinary program that brings together faculty from a range of departments and programs. Some faculty are appointed specifically in Comparative Literature, but the program is actively supported by faculty in many other departments and programs, including the foreign language and literature departments, Africana Studies, American Studies, English, Latino/a Studies, Religion, and Theater, among others.
The 2011-2012 Comparative Literature Advisory Committee consists of Professors Christopher Bolton, Julie Cassiday, Gail Newman, Edan Dekel, Armando Vargas, Katarzyna Pieprzak, and Dorothy Wang.
